300 HR Yoga Teacher Training

Our advanced training is packed full of content. It will include extensive explorations in Ayurveda, Social Justice, Yoga History, Yantra, and Yoga Mythology. You will also learn how to teach Yin Yoga (see our Yin training as it is embedded in this 300 HR), how to craft Yoga Workshops, how to lead private practices as well as so much more.
